International network MidCap Alliance becomes ADVIOR International

MidCap was cofounded by SDM-Valorum in 2002. Since then, this international alliance of leading independent M&A advisors has expanded to 31 offices in 25 regions and its members have assisted in over 1,200 transactions. Members of Advior provided advice for over 100 M&A transactions, totalling 28 billion euros, in 2020 alone.

Through ADVIOR International, SDM-Valorum has unique access to over 220 M&A advisors worldwide, allowing it to assist its clients, both locally and internationally, in international transactions.
