SDM-Valorum successfully guides the Bermaso takeover of Vitamo.

The acquisition brings together two complementary companies.

Vitamo specialises in the realisation and follow-up of land allotments. In recent years, the company has prepared more than 1,000 land parcels in the Antwerp province for construction.

Over the years, Vitamo has established a lovely portfolio of sites in the southern and northern peripheries of Antwerp that are suitable for construction. While some of these are earmarked for houses, others are destined for apartment buildings.

Bermaso are project development specialists. With the takeover of Vitamo, they are acquiring additional expertise in the development of construction sites. Furthermore, Bermaso is adding an extensive portfolio of developable sites to its name. The new constellation is set to create excellent opportunities.
